Kooth: A provider of online mental health services for children, and young people. There are articles, discussion forums on a wide range of topics and the facility to speak one to one with trained counsellors www.kooth.com

THE MIX: A UK based charity providing free, confidential support for young people under 25. Their website has a wealth of advice and support. They can be contacted online www.themix.org.uk or via phone 0808 808 4994.

42ND STREET: Offers support to young people aged 12 to 25 with their emotional wellbeing and mental health. Their support is currently being offered remotely online via their website www.42ndstreet.org.uk).

MIND: Provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. There is further information on their website www.mind.org.uk) where there is also the facility to speak to someone online or via telephone (0300 123 3393).

SAMARITANS: “If you need someone to talk to, we listen. We won’t judge or tell you what to do”. Samaritans can be contacted vis phone 116 123 or email jo@samaritans.org. They also have a self-help app.

WINSTONS WISH Provides free digital bereavement information and support for children and young people across the UK who are grieving the death of someone important to them. https://winstonswish.org/
